✦     Dillon provided research and advised a financial institution on real estate tokenization and business prospects in NFT trustee sector.

✦    Dillon was engaged to produce a strategic analysis on banking opportunities in the cannabis and hemp industries.

✦   Leading a large Family Office program to acquire loans on hospitality assets.  The target loans will first mortgage or deed of trust positions on hotel assets with a majority of suite concept rooms. 

✦     Advised on strategic plan and recapitalization of $100 million heavy construction, quarry and asphalt company;

✦    Advised on the acquisition of retail assets;

✦    Advised on acquisition of senior living, independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing assets.
